Anyone here work at UF Shands in Florida? I’m interested in working there long term, but how easy is it to get in? How easy is it to transfer departments (such as from auditing to compliance)? Are the health benefits any good?

For those of you who made the switch to in house/corporate law, what was your experience like? Did you have to take a lower position to gain the experience or were you able to argue that your soft skills were transferable to in house? Wife doesn’t like her job at her law firm (2YoE). She wants to have kids sooner rather than later and we had agreed that we would both be working parents.
