Hi! I have recently accepted the offer from PwC India on workday portal - about 10 days ago - it shows no tasks to complete and 'step completed' against review and sign offer letter under completed tasks. The DoJ is July 4th week. I was told that HR would communicate with onbaording emails, BGV emails etc. When do those emails come in generally?

Women commit acts of violence that are very different from those of men, it is enough to look at the list of serial killers that are mostly men, we tend to underestimate women's capacity for violence and feel that there was an issue of violence on the part of women We think something triggered it.
It might be old fashioned but there is a certain desire to protect those we deem more vulnerable, such as children and women. Whether it's accurate or not, it doesn't change that it's something ingrained in our culture and uprbringing
It is totally, more than something "macho" it is something cultural because for us women are always at a disadvantage and even if the woman is the one who committed the aggression, I assume that it could not have been huge.
As men we are genetically designed to protect women, so we always feel that we must protect them and often do not assume the seriousness of the crimes they can commit.
We know that our struggle as women is for equality, but on issues of violence we will never be the same, men by nature are more aggressive and stronger and are designed for that based on how women are designed. So yes, we have an overprotective effect as police officers towards women.
In our state of Washington, we are constantly learning to position equality in the treatment of civilians, but that issue is not touched on, it is something that we have by nature and everyone thinks that it is not necessary to change. I feel it is required to change because we are all the same at the time of a crime.
