I have a couple of questions for ZS fishes-
1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
2. Is it possible to shape up a career path in the BC stream which doesn't involve business development? I don't want to get into working on SOWs and RFPs.

Jobs within the firm ? I worked on a big insurance company that had big data sets, knowing tableau or power BI would have helped in analyzing the trends of insurance claims or big census data
Yes, ideally, I would like to continue with KPMG providing at some point I will gain more exposure to D&A. Otherwise, I am more focused on a organization where I am using both skills. Is audit D&A being used in some industries and not others? Is there specific job job title for someone matching my interest at KPMG or is still classified as senior accountant/staff?
Get out and go work for a tech company in their internal audit sector. These skills would be most useful there with people who know what to be asking
Thank you for the tip, when I do my job search I do indeed find that most IA positions ask for BI experience. Since I work in these tools during my spare time and not in my actual day to day , would putting projects on github or working on a portfolio help?
Financial due diligence
Thank you, I will add this to my job search and see what the requirements are.
Does your job help you to develop those tools? Want to be familiar with all those 3 as well. Any advice please?
Tableau offers 2 week free trial, and Power BI is under microsoft and is free as far as I know. They are very similar so I would recommend downloading Power BI , working through the microsoft tutorials and then switching to Tableau just to gain familiarity. For SQL, Ms Access has this functionality and if you are very tech savvy you can run MS SQL server. There are also courses, not sure if they are all free, such Udemy, coursera, Microsoft certifications.
KPMG offers various D&A trainings through Linkedin learning, they're all free and Linkedin will put on your profile that you've completed them. I'm honestly surprised the one on Excel Queries isn't required.
