As work has slowed down in the firms and we face headwinds, I feel I need to make a greater effort to protect my teams from firm politics. There is so much finger pointing and blame going on compared to 3 years ago. For those that feel that the blame game, bad mouthing and infighting is increasing steadily, how are you dealing with it? I don’t drink but feel like I need to start to get the edge off.

It's about the time where everyone on my team requests feedback from each other and I'm nervous for it coming up. My manager knows that everything I've worked w her on I end up doing 90% of the work when it's meant to be split so it is a known issue. We're both at level 3 so are genuinely peers. She seems like a nice person but i have 0 positive work feedback tbh

If you don’t have a CD above you and you are doing the work, do you just send it off or do you ask other creatives for their take? Seems weird to just do work and present it without a gut check from somewhere.

I just found out a new colleague was brought on at 20% higher salary than my current salary. (Have been w/ firm 1.5 years) She doesn’t have a 4-year degree (working on it). And yeah forgets everything! Need to remind him each and everytime about the tasks and boom, then he comes up with his negative demotivating statements!
