Cleared all rounds in SAP Labs for Linux SRE... Going into Final HR Salary negotiation round tomorrow... This is actually my very first switch...
Current company: TCS..
Current CTC : 15.2 LPA.
YOE: 13 Years.
Tech Stack: linux/UNIX and cloud architect. Having one offer from Kyndryl of 24 LPA. Having another offer from Oracle at 28 LPA fixed.
How much can I ask "SAP labs" without impacting the candidature. I am thinking to ask max. from 36 LPA... Kindly give ur feedback...

Hi everyone, i wanted to switch the job and appeared for an interview at Accenture. I've cleared the telephonic round, client interview and Accenture internal technical round. I received an email to expect a HR interview. If everything goes fine how much should i negotiate?

Current CTC: 4.28Lpa

After they counter with a lower salary than you ask....use other factors to close the gap...bonuses tied to performance, stipend for car payment or transportation or cell phone bill, extra vacation, work from home flexibility, etc....try to make up at least 1/2 the difference in the value from these type of things

Director 1 is spot on. I’d just add a signing bonus. Always found that was the easiest to get because it’s a one time payment, but then I’d always use as part of “total compensation” to negotiate raises...
