How do you best leverage a job offer when you don’t want to leave? In the running for a VP job (higher level than now) that pays $70k higher than what I currently make. I want to ask for more money, but don’t want them to see me as a flight risk or that I am not loyal anymore. I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? One of my dashboards got deployed to production but it’s to early to see the impact. My other dashboards are almost done but I’m moving on to something else.

Anyone have any suggestions for front end guis for users to run python code? I’ve created a few tools for webscraping data, automation, and modeling but non technical users freak out when they try to run the code themselves. Any suggestions? (Have tried Juypter Notebooks and a few other IDEs)
