That’s pretty reasonable. Unlimited pto is a scam but it’s fair if you apply it prospectively while paying out what has already accrued. This is just kicking a person when they’re down after lack of raises.
EY: Assume you are a partner and were told to say that. Employees should have been paid out, especially considering they are getting ready for busy season and won’t be able to take a lot of time off. The $36M was already accrued. It isn’t even an Earnings hit.
