Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Hi everyone, I got hired on as entry level sales operations role back in January. It quickly turned into sales, and eventually all the sales for the small company once the head of sales left. I am happy to take on the additional role for my company, and they are going to let me. But they feel that without multiple people in a sales department the title head of sales might not be the best title. I have input in what my updated position title and salary would be. What should I ask for?

My company got bought out but kept most of the sales team on. How would you go about finding a remote AE role with a 100k base?

I have about 7-8 years of sales experience and have consistently out performed my OTE. I absolutely love my current role but I feel like I have out grown the company as there isn't a ton of opportunity to make more than I am currently making.

I opened up my LinkedIn to recruiters but all the offers are 60-70k base and 120-140k OTE. I am shooting for MINIMUM 80k base but ideally 100k or more.

Looking for opinions. I’m an IW with 2 yrs experience working from home at a Fortune 500 company w/ excellent benefits, target salary 75k. I was previously offered a job at another company where the 75k salary was guaranteed for the first year. Most people make much more than this once their comp fully ramps up, but, I would have to work in the office. I declined the offer, but now the CEO wants to meet with me several months later.
