AWS vs Big 4 Consulting - how does AWS work culture compare with BIG 4 Consulting? I see boomeranging (leave and come back to the firm) as a key measure of people liking the work culture. I see lot of boomerang people in EY. How about AWS? Weekend and PTOs - I spent lot of time working (12 hours a day) during weekdays, but except for few weekends, i don't get pressured to work during weekends and most of my PTOs and firm holidays i don't work much. How is the time off culture in AWS?

How long is too long to try to push back a start date? Getting a formal offer early next week but trying to keep that big law bonus if possible. Firm pays out bonuses Dec 30 & I have a vacation scheduled Dec 19-23 (and was planning on working remotely the week after too). Ideally want to get EOY bonus or negotiate for a signing bonus but is it too much to push for signing bonus and those weeks off? I'm open to working remotely those two weeks but know that may not be the best when I start.
