I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at. I'm planning to purchase a home in the next 1-2 years as a first home buyer. My parents are currently refinancing their home and because they are close to retirement and have a smaller income, I'm planning to take out the mortgage under my name (won't be listed as the property owner). Would I still be able to get the benefits of being a first home buyer when that time comes? Or will the mortgage disqualify me? I recognize this isa unique situation, so it's been hard to find a clear answer online

What's a good agency to go through to do travel nursing in California?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). Someone told me today that they just assume I’m not interested because I always seem to “run” but I’m not sure how to bring up problems/feelings otherwise. How do you approach these hard questions?

My previous manager would track us by hours daily, made a fuss everytime anything stretched and guilt us for that and the unplanned leave too unless it was COVID. Hinted him a lot of time, this is problematic but apparently he considered it "standard practice for agile".

Now 8/10 teammates have switched within < 1 year of project start (6-7 months with him) which tbh had good work in our opinion and even team was fun to work with even though none of us ever met in person.
