Need to verify one quote I got from recruiter - "at Sr Manager level, profit sharing comes into picture as additional compensation over and abovr Fixed and Cash Bonus, at roughly 30% of Fixed". This seems to be pitched as added advantage over BCG comp as a PL. Skeptical about the claim as I assumee overall comp at any level in same geography will be similar across MBB. Is there any nuance to this?

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?
