@ BCGers & Bainies - Making a comparison between BCG and Bain offers. Need to verify one quote I got from recruiter - "at Sr Manager level, profit sharing comes into picture as additional compensation over and abovr Fixed and Cash Bonus, at roughly 30% of Fixed". This seems to be pitched as added advantage over BCG comp as a PL. Skeptical about the claim as I assumee overall comp at any level in same geography will be similar across MBB. Is there any nuance to this?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.
