Hi fishes,
Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? Don't want to face long bench hours like it used to be in Publicis sapient which led to brutal lay off. Kinda sceptical to join as it is giving me Publicis sapient vibes.Coforge Coforge ltd

I am doing a poll of sorts. I got an offer from Deloitte as a Tax Consultant II in their Hedge Fund Group and an offer from PwC as an Experienced Associate in their Asset Wealth Management Group. Which one would you choose? Comps are very similar, PwC is just offering a little bit more but nothing too crazy. PwC Deloitte
Thinking of leaving audit after my second busy season . My main interest in accounting was always the forensic line but got recruited for audit. Now I feel this is the best time to transition. Any advice for someone who wants to start with CPE route instead of CPA (did it a couple of time and did not pass) seeing it as a sign to go for my main interest. Also do I look for position as senior or just Associate. PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

Can you elaborate on why you are nervous? Are you worried that you won't be able to fulfill the duties of a supervisor? If so what aspects specifically are you worried about and how big a gap is there? The only way to overcome this is to have a plan in mind and have an honest understanding of what you can and cannot do.
I was held back when I was in audit and told I wasn’t ready. I feel like the workload I have now is pretty easy (my boss is super impressed though?) and I’m not sure if I’ve really changed all that much since before. I left audit because I was too stressed all the time and felt like I couldn’t do anything right.
I really like my job and my boss right now and I’m worried if I get a bunch of new responsibility I’ll start tanking again like I did when I was in audit
