Been doing interviews lately for my first job. Is it common to work only on one account? Is it better to at work places where they give you an opportunity to work on multiple accounts so your book isn’t filled with work from 1 account?

When emailing someone for an interview for the first time do you address them by Mr/Mrs last name or by their first name?

Design lead i interviewed with told my recruiter that they loved the interview and thought id be a great fit, but hesitant that id be “bored” in the role. Whats this mean? Should i tell the recruiters i gave it more thought and am excited for the role? Bummed i gave off a disinterested vibe

I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
