Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte
Kind souls who successfully exited to Google,
Would you be kind enough to refer me to a role at Google!
Came across a role that's a good fit. Would ideally like to target it through a referral and not by applying through the career site.
Would also love to maybe take you for a meal or alike to thank you for it :) Google

It’s better for your mental health and development to work on as many accounts as possible.
I have mixed feelings about this. Really depends on the account and what you're doing for the account (plus the client). I'd prefer one amazing client who gives me a variety of projects where I dont get bored than work a bunch of random accounts where I feel like Im spinning my wheels.
Try to work on at least two accounts. Or, if you're interviewing for one account, see if the agency will let you work on other accounts as needs arise or if you have free time. It's best to work on multiple accounts especially early in your career so you don't get pigeonholed into being a creative who only does one type of brand work. Be as versatile as possible. Your future self will thank you.
Don’t go to a place that puts you on only one account for your first job and definitely don’t believe them if they tell you that there’s opportunity to switch around unless you hear it from mid level creatives and below working there. Sincerely, someone who worked on one account at their first and second job and is still trying to get out.
