When interviewing a potential associate Producer what are some of your go to interview questions? What are you looking to learn from the interview to distinguish between candidates?

This is how I handled My 90 days Notice period and it worked for me. Step1: created a naukari account and resume with fake name. Step2: updated naukari as last working day is in a week (every week I update my LWD) Step3: Attend interviews and gain confidence. At first I got rejected in many interviews but I started to clear one by one after preparing previous interview questions. Step4: when I gained confidence, I resigned and started looking for job with real name. And cleared.

Has anyone out there changed jobs while pregnant? If so, please share any advice or recommendations. I am relatively new to D, and I hate it so much, I don’t think I can stick it out even for the mat leave. I’ve been having the worst experiences with my interview 2nd and 3rd round for the various companies I’ve attempted to work for and with, the position are typically motion graphics/graphic design, 3D generalist, illustrator, and a few art director positions. Does anyone have any advice? Is my work not diverse, enough is it too diverse?

Experienced hire with ~8 YOE. Applied and interviewed for SC at Deloitte but they offered C position. Nonetheless, after attempting to negotiatie offer I've been told the offer is firm and Deloitte will not budge. Any other experienced hire gone through something similar? If so, what worked? I'm currently looking at a 15% pay cut to join Uncle D. Also, any others that took the cut and would say it's worth it?

After 2 months preparation and intensive interviews, I scored 4 offers: Salesforce CSG: program architect, 150k base, 48k Rsu/4 years , 5k signing Accenture federal services: senior manager level L6 tech architect, 190k base, 30k Rsu/3 years, 30k signing Pwc: senior manager, 195k base, 30k signing. This is a confusing scenario so please help me here to understand! Most of the company has notice period as 90days but during interviews, they expect the candidate to join within 30 days. I know it's all based on requirement and criticality but even though the candidate is best suited and has knowledge, why can't they wait for him/her to join after 90 days? How do we convince the HR team to take you in and wait for 90 days?

I've had 5 no-shows to video interviews for a recruiter position. It's a full-time time, salaried , 100% remote role. I have 8 other corporate roles and not experiencing this. Any tips or ideas? I send interview reminders, send a follow-up email/text after the no show to make sure they are ok. I haven't heard back from anyone. So odd.
