Being easy to work with is an underrated skill. How would you succinctly express this in a CV?

Since we returned to office in October, is it appropriate to give holiday gifts to team members?

Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?

Started a new job as GC to two companies. I met my teams on-site wearing Jordans and my nicest t-shirts and I’ve been on all my calls wearing a hat with my fingernails painted (my daughters love going to get manicures together). Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Before ending it she came over 3 weeks prior to basically give me a chance to work things out and we had a good discussion but then I went back into our routine and didn’t really fight for it or have serious follow up convos that we needed. How do firms calculate how much parental leave to provide, either paid or unpaid.
