Unless you’re really excited about the company and role I’d probably stick it out longer - going private as an associate vs heavy senior / manager means you’ll be typically locking in that 10% base plus inflation raises every year instead of getting a significantly bigger bump if you take a high level role as an experienced senior or manager
There is nothing wrong with leaving after two years, but you need to think if this next opportunity will set you up for something you want in the future. If you think leaving now will put you in that position I’d leave. If you aren’t so sure maybe stick it out and still look around for an opportunity that is clear will help you achieve your goals. It’s okay to be picky at times
