I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

What don’t you like about it? I think it’s best to run towards something than just desperately running away from something you didn’t like. Once you know what you actually want to do, start with looking for opportunities there or something that will lead there.
Make it known to a recruiter that you're looking to pivot into a different practice area. You have litigation skills that are transferable across the board into pretty much any substantive area of law so long as it involves litigation. Highlight that on your resumé.
I left ID after a year & half of being in it and I landed into commercial lit. People pivot into different areas everyday and so can you. Best wishes!
Go in house to an insurance company. Still stressful, but at least you’re using your degree, get paid to supervise the lawyers/have them kiss your ass, and if you’re ambitious, you can climb the ladder into executive positions with potential to earn more than many lawyers. Watched my wife do exactly that.
This is news to me... that being said I do ID in Canada so not quite the same
