I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.

I think this is a personal choice. I just cashed in a shitload to buy a biz class ticket to OZ. But TPG says that’s a bad conversion. But I’m not big on a wallet full of gift cards. YMMV

In terms of value per point, converting points to air miles will typically yield the most value
Home Depot cards, redeem for cash on raise.
Restaurant gift cards for date nights. Amazon or Best Buy for things you'd already purchase anyway.
Amex gift cards.
Check out articles on TPG and other miles related blogs.. there are some amazing point conversion options on flying blue, Korean air, Singapore airlines
What’s the best value? I’ve got 10 years worth of points but don’t want to squander them on bad conversions (Amazon, gift cards, etc.)
I burn them all through Amazon.com - you can link the points there and use them directly.
@d5 You get 88% redemption rate with Home Depot cards and selling them on raise. Points aren't money.
