USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI

Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

As a buyer you should not be paying commission. That comes out of the sellers side.
Drop him and get a agent who can share commission with you, not the other way round.

No way. Find another realtor. He needs you more than you need him.
Send him a link to this thread and ask for his thoughts.
First, f+*k all full time real estate agents. 98% of them are worthless. ‘Oh look…did you see the crown molding the owner did?!’ Yes, I have eyes you twit…
Hopefully the housing market takes such a hit that I see RE agents on the corners beggin for business.
Not in the US. My current home was bought 2 days before it hit the public market, before anyone other than agents would have been able to see it. My first home I needed the agent to tell me the nuances of home buying, pitfalls to avoid, and true home valuations, he wasn’t pointing out the crown molding
Thanks for the advice.
Fired the agent
No, I just sent them an email saying we’re done

What a greedy little person. I’d find someone different.
Tell him you could find someone else that would take 2%
Fire the agent. Prevu gives 2/3 of the commission back if they have operations in your area.
F*ck the agent - he should be happy he’s getting anything.
Did you sign any contract with him ?
Your mistake was sourcing an agent through Zillow instead of getting a significantly higher caliber agent who doesn’t play those games. But yes, 3% is the standard but it’s not on you to cover it, just means your seller is an A-hole.

When I signed a buyers agent agreement I edited this language so that it says that the agent will accept the commission paid by the seller up to 3%. And then they paid me back 23% of the commission they earned.
Are you buyer or seller. I just use Homelister
