I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
