Came from a developer background. What are some business books that can help me get better on the functional consulting side? Have nearly zero formal business education.

I am an MBA and my prospects are the following: Analyst Advisory position at Deloitte or Senior Consultant at a boutique mid-market firm.
Would appreciate any advice or insight I can get which one I should lean more towards and why (growth, career trajectory, learning opportunity)

2020, career change anyone?

Have any of you taken "low bono" clients while working at a firm? I want to take on a low bono client or two but not sure who would get the money. This is a contract opportunity through a non profit so I'm assuming a 1099 will be issued. The per hour rate is significantly less than my billable rate. I would (obviously) like the money but my real objective is just getting experience/networking since I recently moved to a new state and don't have clients of my own.

I need advice from the collective. It seems like there is a trend to sell wine in unique bottles. The only problem with this, those bottles will not fit into my wine fridge. Has anyone transferred wine to standard bottles and are you concerned about the wine one it hits the air? I’ve looked at vacuum stoppers but not sure if this is a good idea or not.
