Can anyone explain how the Deloitte pension works?

Y’all I want to thank you for the tax discussion/questions we have in this bowl. I've been applying it to my job and it's helping. 😄 Of course, everything should be taken with a grain of salt.

I'm new to all this. Is it best to save 10% of my salary all in my company's 401k (with 20% match, increasing by 5% every year)... or saving 5% in 401k and 5% in a Roth IRA?

What do we think is going to happen with student loan deferral? Any recent new grads thinking they’re going to pay back any time soon? Some argue Biden is going to keep pushing interest pause til next election then forgive 10k as a strategy to help get re-elected? I only have 15k to pay and can pay it anytime, but no incentive to when that money can be earning more elsewhere in the meantime, thoughts on what is really going to happen?

I am a new investor. Started with Parag Parikh and Tata MFs and LIC IPO.

1. I see that both my MFs are in red - I started investing in Jan. Should I consider adding other MFs? Should I reconsider these 2?
2. Please suggest good tax saving MFs.
3. LIC listing gains and further performance is horrible. How much of gain I can look forward to in another 5yrs?
