I know this is more of a legal reference, but I think it also has helpful explanations about business relationships between customers/vendors/partners etc
Not a book, but to learn more about business finance I attended ACCs mini MBA and found it very useful. I find a lot of ACCs resources helpful for general business stuff like that as well as new in house counsel tips.

I liked Beyond the Work Product by Rachel Landy.
Fair amount of advice on contracting, but the focus is on managing stakeholder expectations, preparing for negotiations, etc.
If you work with software/SaaS, Tech Contracts Handbook is an awesome resource.
Beyond that don’t be afraid to ask how your company’s products work. If you want to learn the business, talk to the business
