Considering an exit to a startup that just completed a solid series B. They’re willing to provide competitive comp package and surprised how large the base is for a startup. I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

What law firm is your favorite for run of the mill employment issues in the US and internationally (India, Australia, UK, Germany, etc.). How long does it take for an in-house application to get processed?

I'm currently in house in a mix of compliance/legal. Senior management wants me to take less responsibility for things and pass them onto other people who really should be doing them.

However, it's usually quicker, better done, and easier if I just do them and it gets it off my plate faster. How would you deal with this stuff?

For companies with large in-house legal teams, do the L&E in-house positions generally get paid the same as the corporate/transactional positions, or do L&E in-house lawyers generally make less?

What do you call the different service groups within your in-house team? Our groups focus on litigation/contracts/other, and we are trying to come up with a new name for the “other” group.

Doing a remote interview tomorrow for an in-house position that I really want. Invite says "[company] is a startup, so a full suit is not necessary! Business casual attire is recommended." Like I said, I really want this job, and the idea of not wearing a suit is just weird to me
