I went to Northeastern (we always got confused with Northwestern) and finishing up my masters. My total coming out for all schooling for undergrad and grad cost around $200K roughly. I feel your pain.
I am 27 and down to $100K left and enough money for a down payment on a house in my stock portfolio.
Use equity and assets.
Live at home and get percentages trying to forgo cash immediately if at all possible.
You better be a doctor or a lawyer 😳
Which one ?
ooof this is a good position to be in, I guess! I would say the second option, pretty sure they are calcualting based on your taxes
What are the interest rates on your loans? HYSA are around 5%, if your rates are less than that you’re better off paying as little as possible to your loans and putting the extra you would have paid in an HYSA
From what's listed here, the second option is your best option. You will have to pay less out of pocket and will be paying on the loan for 5 years less than the first option.
I'd do second option as well
Best of luck mate, you got this 🫡 second seems best but depends on your income
If you work at a university—you could get PSLF after 120 payments! I would take the lowest monthly payment if that’s the case!
