Can someone explain to me like I am five year old, what is the difference in these Porsche stocks - POAHY, POAHF, DRPRY, DRPRF?

I think some are for the sports car manufacturer and some are for the holding company that includes VW, etc

helpful

If you can’t understand it, don’t buy it. German companies ownership are very complicated. I like straight forward dividend stock. Easy to understand.

funny

Haha I was wondering the same thing the other day!

Looks like POAHY and POAHF are the parent company, which basically is just a holding company - it owns Porsche the car maker (which are the DRPRY and DRPRF tickers) and VW (which in turn, also owns a portion of Porsche the car maker). The difference between the xxxxY and xxxxF is that one is an ADR (which I'm sure you can Google, but isn't exactly the same as buying a stock).

I guess I'd think of it as you can buy exposure in just the Porsche the carmaker or buy exposure to both Porsche the carmaker and also VW

Hi guys. I have a query with regards to the Income tax proof submission.

So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.

Guys I didn't know that we have to submit declaration forms as well. Can you please tell me which are the declaration forms that I would need to fill and submit??

Thanks in advance :)

I am considering investing in an early stage startup. I know the founders for many years and are more like family to me. I will be investing $100K with a convertible note. What should be the equity that I should be drawing out? I don’t want to draw just the fair amount so the company is not at a disadvantage when they eventually raise money outside of F&F. They are valued at $5M by a startup accelerator and received $50K as part of being admitted into the program. Contd.

When to sell at a loss?

I’m 26 and have a fair chunk of my NW tied to Cloudflare - a tech stock that I believe has the opportunity to 3x and become a $100b+ company over the long term. Similarly, I have a lot in cloud computing etf - WCLD.

Given short term rotation out of growth stocks, I’m confused on what to do. I think we still have some time before growth stocks bottom out, but do I sell?

I would consider myself a “long only” investor, but am unsure what to do given my lack of diversif

Can someone point me to some material where I can read about profit sharing vs 401k. I get the concept, but I am trying to understand is 10% profit sharing vested over 5 years better than an employee 401k match of 6%?

From my understanding 10% PS is better because it’s just a standard 10% on top of whatever I contribute though it takes 5 years to vest. Does this mean if I leave before 5 years I don’t get any of it?
