18 weeks fully paid. It can be extended via short term disability and/or unpaid leave.
16 weeks maternity, 10 weeks paternity, all paid.
It really depends. I’ve been at a small firm that offered 12 weeks paid, now in BL with 16 weeks paid, and know of mid size firms that offer only 6.
My firm has 18 weeks. I think it varies WIDELY
12 weeks paid full salary.
4 months fully paid. One additional month unpaid but insurance is covered. One additional month unpaid and you pay your insurance. I think paternity leave is 6 or 8 weeks fully paid.
12 weeks paid is standard, 16 weeks for surgical birth. Additional time off unpaid is available
No paternal leave. I took 6 weeks anyway and got a salary dip. working now to hop back up.
