I’m finally hitting a stride (now in my mid-30s) and have some cash to play around with/invest. I have an urgent situation that I need advice for: what job to take? I currently have 2 job offers. Offer A (Scientist 3): 70k with full benefits including 15 PTO days and 5k tuition assistance yearly. It was sent to me last Wednesday and yesterday they left me a voicemail asking for a decision at my earliest convenience. Offer B (Manager): 76k with full benefits minus tuition assistance and only 5 PTO days first year (15 days after). Both companies said they'd groom me to take management roles.

Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

(For example, “ready when reached”). I’m open to doing this and this attorney is asking what my fee would be?
