Full 3 months notice in probation too. If you want to abscond then abscond by informing them that you want be coming to office from next day

I think during probation you can leave the org within a few weeks, Please check your offer letter.
Accenture has a 1 month notice period during probation.
And other previous companies where I worked had 2 weeks notice during probation.

Try looking out side now..notice period is 3 month now
60 days not 90 days during probation. If you want early relieving then don't go to office. Keep 10days continues leaves without informing the manager. Then your relief will be done at early

It is 90 days in probation as well. I joined in Apr and it is 90 days NP for me.

Why you want to leave buddy, what is so special you are getting in other offer ?
See my see my point is you would have looked into all the positive and negative of joining Capgemini,
and now you are finding the other offer lucrative but it could be temporary I mean if it is just one or two lakh I don't think it should matter, if you are finding the project difficult in Capgemini, then it may it may be just matter of time and you will just you will learn everything.
if you are thinking that other organisation project is very good then you would not know until you spend some time there. so my suggestion will be you must have got a very good hike now, stay for 1 year and then try somewhere else. Don't just make switch now that too being absconding because of fear of missing out,

Okay, and what is the other offer is it from product based? See my point is opportunities will always be so leave gracefully or if you can tell the other organisation that you will be available after 3 months only

Capgemini has 90 days notice period now even in probation. Your UAN already has CG employment so you will face issues in the future particularly from banks where BGV is stricter.
My advice is try to convince your supervisor and new company for NP buyout. If they don't agree, do proper resignation and serve full NP. You will get more offers during that time. No company is worth the worry of all future BGVs

Most companies have 1 months or less notice during probation. Check your offer letter or company policy document. Don't wait for some one to tell you.

Company do bgv using UAN. If Capgemini has proceeded your UAN then it will reflect in next company BGV. Please be careful.
Why didn't you try the buy out option? I have had an experience of three months in a company which I never showcased in my profile. Later i joined two companies, both passed the bgv smoothly. So go for it. Don't worry.
