Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

Chase.
More transfer partners, solid conversion rate. I find them to be the most useable point currency out there. Amex are decent, but always start with Chase.
@D1, using your sapphire points for cash back is one if the lowest redemptions out there. 1.25 minimum going through their travel portal.
@K1 Could you elaborate on why? I've never had a points card so this is all new territory for me. Thanks.
Chase because I like getting the cash back. Not sure Amex does that
@D1 can you convert points to cashback?
Yes I do it for my freedom and sapphire
Chase for points, AMex for benefits
Chase because I fly United (Amex points won't transfer to United miles)
@D2 - yes I know, but I usually use hotel/airline pts for personal travel so I either get Amazon/Amex giftcards or just take the cash back. It more than pays for my annual fee so I'm happy
