Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? I’m looking for feedback on PWC internal firm project roles, what is work life like?

Hi team, I have cleared 2 round of technical interviews at PPD, a part of TS. HR round is scheduled for Tuesday (09/20/2022)

My total experience is approx. 8 years.
My domain is ServiceNow development for which my relevant experience is 6.8 years.

Based on my experience, if some one can let me know:
1. Which designation should I be hired?
2. Annual package (excluding pf, gf, medical insurance, yearly bonus, etc)?
3. Usual shift time and working hours?
4. How many leaves they provide per year?

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!

Hi! I have a very demanding role as a comms director, but still make time to volunteer on the side for some women's organizations I am proud to support. Lately though, the work has been piling up and it's almost as if I have two full-time gigs. I have been interviewing for a job. I think I will get an offer. On paper everything is great. ~30k more than I’m making now, plus larger bonus and more profit sharing. Everyone seemed nice. I know someone who works there, and she says it’s great. I hesitate because I love my job. I have the best boss I’ve ever had and genuinely like coming to work. I’ve never had that before.
