Chief Justice of my jurisdiction says we will continue using zoom even after the pandemic subsides. Apparently there are benefits such as more defendants showing up for remote hearings. What about your jurisdictions?

That would be great! Zoom hearings/trials have also provided more opportunities for young lawyers to participate (e.g. a client might not agree to pay for a first year to fly cross country with a partner to a hearing)

It’s great. So much avoided unnecessary travel time for short hearings (and saves clients money)

Hypothetically, if BBB was delayed and brought to the Senate floor next year (let's say February 2022) and passed, and the January 1st date for ending Roth conversions is left unchanged, what would happen to Americans who performed After-Tax 401k to Roth conversions in January? Would 401k custodians have to reverse the transactions and somehow factor in gains earned in users' Roth accounts since the conversion? Could there be penalties?
