What do I do if my manager is ultra super micromanaging, she just called me out on an extra space in an entry in an analytical graph I created😱 not a big deal to me but she said it was unacceptable. Like idk what to do, I need the job and I’m still missing a long time to make the pivot to another company😩

I just joined a non-dream company as a 10+ years experience guy. My friend working in my dream company forwarded a job requirement from his internal postings. I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

Georgia Tech Cybersecurity masters or the analytics masters? Currently in a cyber role at Deloitte. I was thinking it might be better to do the analytics master and get a CISSP. I feel like there is more value in the cissp than a MS cybersecurity

Currently stuck in risk but interested in Cyber. Have done one related engagement from a regulatory perspective. But a lot of posts here making me think it’s harder to break into than I expected (non-technical background).
