How to deal with people flirting with you at work.
I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional. We’re good friends and work together constantly because we’re on the same client, so I don’t want to make it awkward. Do I just do nothing and let it go? It is mostly just odd I’m not super offended, but I’m also clearly uninterested!

I think there should be more males caretakers in this world. Some of my clients just feel more comfortable with a guy and it's kind of sad how often they say I'm the only male they could find.

Hello, what dress clothes do you wear to work?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

Question: do y’all really love this stuff and understand it? Or are you all on the “fake it til you make it” wave? So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system.
