Hi i have a offer for Capgemini as Consultant and LTI as Senior Engineer. LTI is offering more package than Capgemini. Currently i had 4.8 years of Experience with Capgemini offer for 13 LPA and LTI with 14.5 LPA .What one is good to join for career progression and growth.

If you are 30% tax slab and I don't see any difference of getting joining bonus as in turn even after exemptions and reductions /investments everything is lost in Income Tax

Now how can this be saved is there any alternative way?

My base location is Bangalore but am still in Delhi.

1. Can I take leaves on Notice Period?
2. I have 6 wellbeing leaves, should I take them first and then resign? Or these are encashed too??
3. 6 normal PTO, will it be encashed or adjusted in NP? Or is it wise to exhaust all leaves and then resign??

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
