Hello, I’ve been an LPN for 7 years and would like to work in a hospital setting now that they’re letting us back into med surg. But I can’t seem to land a job because I don’t have the 6 months of “acute care” experience. I’ve done tons of SNFs. And doctors offices. Any tips for how to be a stand out applicant? Also I’m in medical school now so I have a good knowledge base but it still isn’t getting me anywhere
