We are starting to build our SE team after a successful pilot with one person. Have you ever built a team from the ground up? How did you prove out the business case? What was most effective for building the case for more hires?

Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations.
