Anyone out there who left their previous job for a new one have any advice or life experience to share? I’ve been thinking about it for months but currently feel comfortable in my job/the products I work on. I’d say I have a great work/life balance but I do know that I could be making 20-30% more and have better benefits if I left. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall.
