Considering doing an MBA from (hopefully) a top 10 school. Not sure of the financial implication considering I'll be down ~200k in tuition. What does the sign on, base, bonus look like in MBB/Big 4?

Senior associate with 3 YOE at 130k TC (115 base). Final interview for a PM role at a small company coming up, is 140k base too much to ask for? The opportunity cost of leaving my connections, fast progression, brand recognition, etc makes it hard to justify leaving for less.
