I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Take a tour at the time you’d work out consistently to see for yourself. I go at random times and it’s worked well for me. I will warn you about the outdoor pool especially on weekends, if you don’t get there by 9/10 am, there will be a wait between 2-6 hrs for a sun chair. People lay their towels on the cement and that gets full too.
It’s a beautiful gym and very clean.
The classes book up really fast and it’s difficult to get in last minute, if that matters to you (it did for me since my job is really irregular/ I often don’t know if I’m free till right before)
Haven’t been but if you decide, I can refer you https://equinox.com/referrals/0033t00004OcaitAAB

If you’re interested in the pool, I heard it’s overcrowded. You’re better off living in a building with a private pool. Would never want to go to a public pool
I think it’s also a pay-attention-to-your-kids thing, tbh
i haven’t been to that location, but coming from a smaller city, the gyms here are packed. I had to build a home gym.
