Consulting has completely destroyed my sleep schedule. I’m up until 1am finishing decks, then back online by 7am for client calls in another time zone. My Fitbit thinks I’m training for a sleep deprivation study. I try to set boundaries, but there’s always one last edit or just a quick sync. How do you actually protect your downtime in this field?

Besides honing my DSA, for skills, should I focus on MERN stack or pure .net development? I'm already familiar with MERN stack and .net core and have made small projects. When building a new brand, who is the actual client? Who has the final say? Who should you really listen to if no one is taking the lead? The president of the company, the original owner, the financial money partner, the third party manager? Everyone seems to have a voice, but the main contact is the underling gathering and offering their own opinion, which strangely seems to be the most on point. How do you handle this type of situation?
