102 at Accenture as C moved to 132 as SC at Deloitte
Depends on location but I’d say the range for Level 9 (Consultant/Specialist) at Accenture is roughly 100-120. I’m 80% confident in this answer lol
depends on what DTE then region.
Getting less than $115/120 at Deloitte as an SC is homegrown money
For credibility, I left Deloitte for SA at KPMG ($120k) which requires less YOE than SC at D
I believe most fall between 110-130k at D
L9 non homegrown ACN in Austin is 117k in 2019
Without MBA, the figures that were quoted above are accurate. Add 30-50k if you have an MBA from a target school.

Deloitte - 96 as a 2nd yr C. Experienced hire in Denver. 4 YOE

I’m non-mba, SA at $100k in Atlanta
Deloitte SC can range from 120-165. MBA is more in the 150-165K base.
For Accenture, Senior Consultant is only in Strategy and only post-MBAs. Current base is 155k at the C3 level.
Reference: I am one
Deloitte M&A SC offer for $165k, no MBA
Solid offer M&A is a different beast though altogether and M&A have higher bands per level since you guys are practical burn and churns
I’m an SC at Deloitte making 108k. Been here for 2 years.
Leaving to ACN as SC at 130k.
SC @ D 115K
