Hi fellow nurses! I am an Emergency Nurse with 3 years of nursing experience to include med -surg. I am looking to transition to a lower acuity position such as pre op, or honestly work remote as the work life balance is not fulfilling for me. Any recommendations on hospital jobs that are less stressful or any companies that offer competitive pay to work remote? I make 38/hr currently and would like to maintain that rate. Thank you!

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously. Hey fishes, recently got an offer of 245k plus a bonus, but no specificity and at least 3% cost of living annual raise. My current job I make 150k plus a 20% bonus and an annual cost of living raise anywhere from 2-3.5%. Have been in my current position about a year. Things have been a bit bumpy (not a me issue) I have a new supervisor and was recently given 7 direct reports (I had zero before). The new position while comes with a significant raise is a move to California. Any thoughts?

Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?
