What should be my desired salary? I left the workforce making over 60k with no degree and I realize I am in a completely new industry with 0 experience but I am having a hard time settling for less. What was your starting salary when you first started supply chain?

So I had a coding interview recently and have decided that the format was actually pretty unfair for people with ADHD. Essentially you have to code the answer on a screen shared with the interviewer whilst explaining it and listening to the interviewer - all of this is anxiety provoking and distracting meaning I underperformed on quite a simple coding task. It felt a bit like asking a person who has dyslexia to compete in a spelling bee rather than a written test.

I’ve been working in employee benefits in a small brokerage firm on a book of business of over 400 clients, I’m the only account manager. We’ve had 100% employer retention since I’ve been here. i submitted all docs in HCL in june, its august now, offer letter not released, when asked HR, she is saying that she is following up with project.

I was told to wait for some days multiple times, and now i am told to wait one week more, moreover when i asked HR this time that will i get offer letter eventually she herself sounded unsure and told to keep other opportunities open, i am not sure if the hiring is frozen or is on hold ?
