Currently a senior associate with 2 YOE at a tier 2 (S&, EYP, LEK etc). Don’t want to stay in consulting for long - should I try to jump to MBB for the brand name or try directly exiting to industry? How much impact does having MBB on my cv have in the long run? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
