Cctc is 15L fixed plus bonus around 5% i get annually.

Today received Infosys offer: 16.5L fixed + 2.9L variable.

Worth accepting the offer and start my notice period?

In the worst case if I finally join them, my net post-tax salary will increase by only 7k monthly but if I assume Infosys pays at least 50% of that variable quarterly, my quarterly pay will increase by around 50k i e. about 17k monthly.

Is this worth taking the risk?

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

T3 firm reached out re: direct admit to the partnership with some runway to grow the practice. I am at a firm now where there aren’t bright line metrics to make PPMD, but think I could make it in 2-5 years. This would be a step down in brand, but might be better from a WLB and getting to start at partner. When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.
