Currently at MBB in a senior expert role with 1-2 year's time to partner promotion (non equity), and got an offer as equity partner in a smaller consulting firm for my field of specialisation. Would be more entrepreneurial and give me more freedom, and compensation in the long run is not unattractive. Any thoughts?
