Can anyone tell me the Manager bandings for S&C?
Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

CPA trumps CMA every time. Honestly CMA is a waste of time/money. If you only get the CMA you'll look back and regret it.

CPA is the gold standard in accounting/finance and always has been. I agree that there may be times when the knowledge gained from CMA studying is more useful, but to say the designation itself is more valuable? Bold.
Anyone with just a CMA would trade it for a CPA in a heartbeat. Even in ops related roles. CPA has weight to it the same way B4 name brand does. CMA does not. I have never seen an employer say "man, I wish you had the CMA instead".
You should absolutely get your CPA at a minimum, it’ll significantly improve your exit opportunities and earning potential. I can’t speak to the CMA, but why not get both?
Cpa 100%. I have both. Cma was a waste of money Imo. Most places require cpa. I’ve seen a handful of places “prefer” a cma for a job opening
You can get a CMA if you want to go to manufacturing industry AND you don’t think you can pass CPA soon. Otherwise, get the CPA done. I have both, CMA cannot compare to CPA at ALL the levels. I went to some local IMA networking events and found that even most of the officers in that org don’t hold a CMA...
