Currently looking ay a role within BCG Platinion coming from the Consultant level at Accenture. Could anyone shed light on what the base looks like for the equivalent at BCG? I assume it would either be at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level and I believe I fall between the two. Any insights on standard bonus and profit sharing would be super helpful as well.
