Currently on H1B (backlogged country), is it worth investing further in an MBA from the US given the visa situation or should I be looking at b-schools outside of US? Please advise & also suggest good b-schools outside of US. (INSEAD being one)

They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
