Pros and Cons of working at Cerner?

I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

Are the cases at the interview similar to that of other firms/casebook? COL is much higher than the potential of 14k additional bonus.
I’d bet Amazon hours are tougher.
I’m also biased towards Chicago over Seattle.
Seattleite here, Amazon is not the company you want to work for, and that is a good salary here, but you’d only want to move your home for a Microsoft/google etc. Amazon isn’t like the other tech companies, they have slim margins on most of their business and at their core it’s a distribution company, I wouldn’t take it
Depends, for software folks, Amazon is Java, Microsoft is c#, so not really. For other folks, I’d you want to move to work for a hot tech company might as well go to to the bay 🤷♂️

You’re in the rare spot where the variable comp isn’t much. You can choose solely on your interests and goals.
I think 20% of comp makes losing the network and the risk of starting over worth it.
Not sure what type of role at Amazon, but don’t they also force cut 10% of their workforce per year (maybe just in SWE). That’s risk I would not take on for less than 40%
If financial implications are relatively weighted higher in your decision making process, I’d also consider the following :
1. No state income tax in Washington
2. Higher COL
